  • Order Cancellations:

    • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 days of placing the order.

    • Once the order has been processed/shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Damaged / Defective Products:

    • Our team will verify and arrange for replacement/refund as applicable.

  • Product Not as Expected:

    • If the product received is not as shown or not as per your expectations, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days with details and photos. Our Customer Service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

  • Refunds:

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the customer’s original payment method.
